3. Lo que no está permitido

• Compartir, prestar, revender o publicar tu key.

By installing or using Minibia Helper you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Minibia Helper is

An independent tool that runs in your browser through Tampermonkey and automates actions in the game Minibia. It has no connection with the makers of Minibia and is not endorsed by them.

2. Your license

• Each key is personal and non-transferable, and works on one device at a time.
• Your plan's days count from when you activate the key, not from the purchase.
• If you change your PC or phone, ask for the change through a ticket on Discord.
• What you buy is permission to use the bot for a limited time. The bot's code remains ours.

3. What is not allowed

• Sharing, lending, reselling or publishing your key.
• Copying, modifying or redistributing the bot, or trying to get around the license system.
• Using several Discord accounts to get more than one free trial.
• Using the bot to harass or harm other players.

Every copy of the bot carries a mark tied to your key so leaks can be traced. If you break these rules, or make a chargeback or a fraudulent payment, we may disable your key without a refund.

4. In-game risks

Automating the game may go against Minibia's rules and lead to penalties, including your character or account being banned. That choice is yours. We don't guarantee the bot will go unnoticed, and we are not responsible for penalties or for lost items, experience or progress in the game.

5. How it works

The bot is provided as is. We do our best to keep it up to date, but a change in the game or the browser can stop a feature from working for a while. We don't guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Changes

We may update the bot, its features, prices and these terms. We'll announce important changes on our Discord. If you keep using the bot after a change, you accept it.

Qué no guardamos

No vendemos tus datos.

We only use the data needed to run your license, support you and prevent abuse.

What we store

• Your key: plan type, activation date and expiry date.
• Technical connection data: a random identifier for your browser and session, your IP address and the time of your last connection. They limit each key to one device and help detect shared keys.
• Your character's name: the one using the bot, to support you and detect shared keys.
• Discord: your user ID, your orders, whether you used the free trial, and what you write or upload in your ticket, such as the payment receipt.

What we don't store

• We never ask for or receive your Minibia password or card details. Payments go through Binance Pay and we only see the receipt you send us.
• The bot reads the game screen (health, mana, the Battle window, your position) inside your browser to work. That information is not sent to our server.
• Your settings and cave bot routes stay saved in your browser.

Who it is shared with

We don't sell your data. It is processed by the services we rely on: Cloudflare (server and database), Discord (tickets and key delivery) and Binance (payments), each under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

While your key is active and up to 12 months after it expires, for support, accounting and fraud prevention. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by opening a ticket on Discord. If we delete it, your key stops working. We may keep the minimum required by law or for fraud prevention.

You get 2 free days to try the bot before paying. That's why refunds work like this:

• Key not activated: we refund you if you ask within 7 days of the purchase.
• Key already activated: not refundable, unless the bot doesn't work because of a fault on our side that we don't fix within 72 hours of your report. In that case we refund the remaining days proportionally or add them to your key, whichever you prefer.
• If a game update stops the bot from working, we add the days it was down to your key.
• No refunds for in-game penalties, for not knowing how to install it (we help you through a ticket), or if the key was disabled for breaking the terms.

Refunds are paid in USDT through Binance Pay to the account you paid from. To request one, open a ticket on Discord. A chargeback or payment dispute disables the key. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.
